Welcome to the home of the 2025 connect festival of unity

The sports festival that unites the Mother City

Come support our 23 diverse Cape Town schools in an epic clash against 19 UK schools in rugby, netball and hockey every year starting in July 2025.

This is our unique celebration of diversity and inclusivity, uniting young people through the power of sport regardless of background or personal circumstances.

We do this by bringing together two of the leading nations in global sport over our week-long event, in partnership with Edwin Doran Sports Tours, crossing continents to create memories that last a lifetime.

Coaching Elite, EMERGING & JUNIOR Athletes

Connect works with some of Africa’s most exciting talents and those who aspire to greatness

We offer long and short-term programming to supplement any individual or team sport, dedicated out-of-season conditioning blocks; recovery, rehabilitation and return-to-play.

Our specialist team of coaches and support staff provide all these services in-person and remotely, either at our base in Cape Town, across South Africa or overseas.

We also bring our long-term track record in youth development through Connect Academy to assist with nurturing school-aged athletes in their chosen sport.

Get in touch to see how we can help you unlock your full potential, either as an elite performer or as an emerging young athlete.

Coaching Schools & Clubs

Our coaches work every day with our next generation.

Connect has a team of coaches and support staff working in school, club and international sport, rolling out the developmental ethos that has guided us since 2014.

We coach multiple sports and activities for adults, as well as boys and girls at all ages and ability levels including rugby, soccer, netball, tennis, boxing, golf, softball, baseball and track-and-field athletics.

Our holistic approach to sports science, movement fundamentals, physical literacy and play means we also play a lead role in delivering the Physical Education aspect of the national government curriculum.
